Policies
Deposit Policy
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit is applied toward your scheduled service only if the appointment is kept as scheduled. Deposits are not transferable and are forfeited if the appointment is canceled, rescheduled late, or missed in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
Appointment, Rescheduling, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy
By booking an appointment with Balanced Aesthetics and Wellness, you acknowledge that your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and removed from availability for other patients. A minimum of 4 days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 4 days of the scheduled appointment result in forfeiture of the $200 deposit and an additional $100 charge to the card on file, for a total non-refundable amount of $300. Appointments may be rescheduled one time only with proper notice. No-show appointments are not eligible for rescheduling, and any outstanding fees must be paid prior to booking a future appointment. Appointment reminders may be sent as a courtesy; however, it remains the patient’s responsibility to attend scheduled appointments.
Late Arrival Policy
Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time, rescheduling, or cancellation at the provider’s discretion. Appointments delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show and subject to applicable fees.
Consultation Policy
All new patients are required to complete a consultation prior to treatment. Consultation fees are non-refundable and may be applied toward same-day treatments only. Consultation fees may not be applied to future appointments or retail products.
Dysport Policy
Dysport treatments require a minimum investment of $500 per appointment. Pricing is based on units used and clinical assessment at the time of treatment. Dysport treatments are elective and final sale.
A complimentary touch-up may be considered only if the patient received the provider’s originally recommended dosage at the initial appointment, the result is clinically appropriate for adjustment, and the touch-up is scheduled within 2-3 weeks of treatment. Touch-ups are not guaranteed and are performed solely at the provider’s discretion. Patients who elect to receive a lower-than-recommended dose are not eligible for complimentary touch-ups, but may receive a touch-up at the standard pricing if necessary. Any additional Dysport beyond a minor adjustment is subject to standard pricing.
Medical Eligibility & Treatment Expectations
Patients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history, medications, and changes in health status prior to treatment. No aesthetic or medical treatments are performed on patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed, as outcomes depend on individual anatomy, biology, and adherence to post-treatment instructions.
Refunds
All sales are final. Balanced Aesthetics and Wellness does not provide refunds for services, service packages, products, or pre-paid treatments. Aesthetic results vary for every individual and cannot be guaranteed. Any additional treatments needed to achieve desired outcomes are the responsibility of the patient.
Membership Policy
Memberships provide non-clinical administrative benefits and promotional pricing advantages and are not payment for medical services. Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment and are billed monthly to the card on file. Membership fees are non-refundable and may not be paused, prorated, or transferred. Each month, 50% of the membership fee is added to the Balanced Beauty Bank and may be used toward elective aesthetic services and retail skincare. Beauty Bank funds have no cash value and are non-transferable. Member discounts apply only while the membership is active and end immediately upon cancellation. Balanced Aesthetics and Wellness reserves the right to modify or discontinue membership programs with notice.
