Refunds

All sales are final. Balanced Aesthetics and Wellness does not provide refunds for services, service packages, products, or pre-paid treatments. Aesthetic results vary for every individual and cannot be guaranteed. Any additional treatments needed to achieve desired outcomes are the responsibility of the patient.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled one time with a minimum of four days’ notice. Any request made inside the four day window is considered a late cancellation and will incur a $300 late cancel fee. Requests to reschedule more than once may result in the appointment being canceled at the discretion of Balanced Aesthetics and Wellness. Please reach out early if you need help adjusting your appointment.

Cancellations

A minimum notice of four days is required for all cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations or no-shows with less than four days’ notice will incur a $300 late cancellation fee, which must be paid before booking any future appointment. No-shows will not be rescheduled.

Deposits

A $150 non refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is applied toward your treatment. All deposits are strictly non refundable.

Dysport Touch-Up Policy

Complimentary touch-ups are offered at the two week mark only if the full, recommended dose was administered at the initial appointment. If a patient chooses a lower dose than recommended, any additional units used at the touch-up appointment will be charged at the standard rate. No touch-ups are performed past the three week mark.
