Medical Aesthetic Services with Nurse Kathryn | $200 Deposit
A $200 deposit is required to reserve medical aesthetic appointments with Nurse Kathryn and will be applied toward the scheduled treatment.

Esthetic Services with Licensed Esthetician Christine | $100 Deposit
A $100 deposit is required to reserve facial and HydraFacial appointments with Licensed Esthetician Christine and will be applied toward the scheduled treatment.

Skin Consultation with Licensed Esthetician Christine | $50 Deposit
A $50 deposit is required to reserve a standalone skin consultation with Licensed Esthetician Christine.

Medical Aesthetic Consultation with Nurse Kathryn | 90 Minutes | $200
All new patients are required to complete a consultation prior to receiving medical aesthetic treatments. The $200 consultation fee covers the time and expertise dedicated to creating a personalized treatment plan. When applicable, the consultation fee may be applied toward treatment performed or a package purchased the same day.

Skin Consultation with Licensed Esthetician Christine | 30 Minutes | $50
A separate skin consultation is not required prior to booking esthetic services with Christine. Consultation time is already included within all facial and HydraFacial appointments.

The standalone 30-minute Skin Consultation is available for patients who would like additional dedicated time with Christine to discuss their skin concerns, skincare routine, product recommendations, and treatment options.

The $50 consultation fee may be applied toward retail skincare purchased the same day or an esthetic treatment performed on the same day. If you would like to receive treatment after your consultation, the treatment must be booked at the same time as the consultation to ensure adequate appointment time. Consultation fees cannot be held as account credit or applied toward future treatments.

We require at least 4 days’ notice for cancellations, rescheduling, or other appointment changes.

Medical Aesthetic Appointments with Nurse Kathryn
Late cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the $200 deposit plus a $100 administrative fee.

Appointments with Licensed Esthetician Christine
Late cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the applicable deposit plus a $50 administrative fee.

A new deposit is required to reserve a future appointment following a late cancellation, reschedule, or no-show.

Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time, rescheduling, or cancellation at the provider’s discretion. Appointments delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show and subject to applicable fees.

All sales are final. Balanced Aesthetics & Wellness does not provide refunds for services, service packages, products, or pre-paid treatments. Aesthetic results vary for every individual and cannot be guaranteed. Any additional treatments needed to achieve desired outcomes are the responsibility of the patient.

Dysport treatments require a minimum investment of $500 per appointment. Pricing is based on units used and clinical assessment at the time of treatment. Dysport treatments are elective and final sale.

A complimentary touch-up may be considered only if the patient received the provider’s originally recommended dosage at the initial appointment, the result is clinically appropriate for adjustment, and the touch-up is scheduled within 2-3 weeks of treatment. Touch-ups are not guaranteed and are performed solely at the provider’s discretion. Patients who elect to receive a lower-than-recommended dose are not eligible for complimentary touch-ups, but may receive a touch-up at the standard pricing if necessary. Any additional Dysport beyond a minor adjustment is subject to standard pricing.

Patients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history, medications, and changes in health status prior to treatment.

No aesthetic or medical treatments are performed on patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
